2ND ANNUAL KALKREUTH COMPANY MEETING

MARCH 2018 – On Wednesday, March 28, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) held its 2nd Annual Kalkreuth Company Meeting at the Highlands Event Center in Triadelphia, West Virginia where all seven offices attended. This year, the meeting focused on the growth and future of Kalkreuth.

Principal and Partner of FMI, Scott Kimpland, served as keynote speaker, and Owner of FeltonCPA, Jack Felton, also presented at the meeting. Both Kimpland and Felton have been involved with KRSM for decades and have watched the company grow and develop into a $100+ million dollar organization. “I don’t know of any other company that has quadrupled their revenue in 15 years and is continually growing like Kalkreuth is today,” said Kimpland.

The meeting also included internal speakers. Estimator Benson Phil-lips, Project Engineer Stephen Khoo, Project Manager Paul Novak, Project Administrator Shawnda Burgess, Estimator Austin Lynch, and IT Director Luke Redd shared their stories about how they have been impacted by the company and opportunities that lie within. “So many of you fit into the category of young talent, but we wanted to ask a few of you to give your testimony,” said KRSM President and CEO Jim Hurley. “All of you represent the next generation of industry leaders, and it’s important for everyone to hear from you.”

With ownership transition and management succession planning in its infancy, Kalkreuth is preparing for the future and putting the right procedures in place to ensure the continued success of the company. “We sincerely appreciate each of you for your dedication, and we are fortunate enough to have many individuals who go above and beyond a standard job description and truly get engaged in the industry,” said Jim Hurley at the meeting. “It’s these people who will secure the future of the company.”
