RECRUITING AT EKU

MARCH 2, 2016 — Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal participated in the Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) Job Fair in Richmond, KY. In attendance were Kentucky Division Estimator Benson Phillips and Estimating Intern Justin Spillman.

“A lot of us were brought on board through college, and I even started as a KRSM intern during my senior year at EKU,” said Benson. “We know the importance of staying at top-of-mind with these colleges and universities so that students are able to capitalize on opportunities that are out there. More than 60% of KRSM’s estimators, PMs, and safety personnel got their start in the intern program, so our upper management absolutely recognizes the benefits for the company and the students.”
