INAUGURAL KALKREUTH COMPANY MEETING & KRSM’S METAL FABRICATION FACILITY TOUR

MARCH 2017 – On Wednesday, March 15, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal held its Inaugural Company Meeting at The Highlands Conference Center in Triadelphia, WV. There were nearly 115
employees present at the meeting with an additional 25-30 employees live streaming the event from their home offices in Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. KRSM’s metal fabrication company employees also attended the event.Bill Good, recently retired Executive Director of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) served as a keynote speaker and kicked off the event with a “State of the Industry” address to inform and educate our employees about the up-and-coming trends and challenges for roofing and metal projects.John Kalkreuth, Company President, followed Bill with a “Past, Present, and Future” address to inform everyone of the company’s roots as well as present-day goals and objectives. Following lunch, David Hesse, KRSM Maryland division VP, Pat Hurley, Ohio division VP, Jeff Piazza, Kentucky division Manager, Chad McLeish, Estimating VP, and John Trifonoff, VP of KRSM’s metal fabrication facility, shared their unique stories with the crowd and how each of them have grown and developed alongside the company.
Jim Hurley,KRSM Executive VP, wrapped up with a summary of the purpose of the meeting and encouragement to all newcomers that upper managers are consistently reevaluating how to provide an advantageous future for all Kalkreuth employees. “We want you all to know there is opportunity here, and we are always working to provide that opportunity for the future leaders of the company,” Jim said.
