It’s really the people that make Kalkreuth a great company, our office and field staff, not just great employees, but great people to work with, great people to be associated with. We, not too long ago, started a more awards program where we are able to celebrate our people that have shown more, have gone above and beyond whether it’s leadership or mentorship, determination, teamwork, community involvement. We try to celebrate those folks with a more award at the end of the year.”
