Columbus State Community College Culinary Arts Building

The Columbus State Community College Culinary Arts Building, also known as Mitchell Hall, is a relatively new addition to the campus with an opening date of August 2019. The state-of-the-art facility includes 11 teaching kitchens, a student-run restaurant and bakery, a 100-seat culinary theater, classrooms, and a 400-seat conference space. The building’s informal learning “Collabridges” is a unique design aspect, but it encourages collaboration in and out of the classroom.
