NATIONAL WEAR RED DAY

February 4th was National Wear Red Day. Members from each of our divisions wore red to raise awareness of heart disease in women.

2021 PROJECTS

Each division completed many unique projects throughout the year. The ICON Music Venue was completed in July. 100 Above was completed in early 2021. TQL Stadium, also known as FC Cincinnati, was opened in May. The new Crew soccer stadium, Lower.com Field, was completed in July. Morgan State’s building was finished in the early spring. The divisions worked hard on finishing these projects with various scopes of work and complexities.

We are thrilled to have completed these projects in 2021 and look forward to seeing the completed projects in 2022!

ST. JOHN’S HOME FOR CHILDREN

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal has once again had the privilege of helping provide Christmas gifts to the St. John’s Home for Children in Wheeling, WV.
On Monday, December 20th, Secretary for the Children’s Home, Amy Pramesa, visited our corporate office to pick up the presents our office(s) collected for
the children. Our local charities depend on their communities to help give the children in their care a Christmas celebration that they otherwise might not
have. This year marks the 8th year that Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal has been donating to the St. John’s Home for Children after receiving all the
tags they were accounted for off our Christmas tree(s) located in our lobby(s) almost immediately.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES

This year, through Catholic Charities of Wheeling, over 50 kids with receiving Christmas gifts thanks to the generosity of our employees and tenants at the Kaley Center.

MARSHALL COUNTY CARING TREE

East Coast Metal Systems participated in the Marshall County Caring Tree this year. Employees at
East Coast had 40 children they purchased gifts for. The caring tree raised over 350 gifts and blankets
for local children to receive for Christmas!

MORE GIVING

In November, MORE Giving finished this year’s MORE Holidays. Kalkreuth and East Coast participated in a company-wide food drive to provide
non-perishables for local food pantries during the holidays. We are excited to continue And MORE in 2022. From the campaign launch to new lines of
communication and National Training Week, we aimed to bring fun and development to all of our employees. Over the next few months, the MORE
campaign will focus on MORE Opportunities. With the beginning of our new year, we want to encourage everyone to focus on MORE Opportunities to
help grow and sustain the company.

CHRISTMAS AROUND THE KALEY

Christmas Around the Kaley - Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal

On December 4th, the annual Christmas party was held at the White Palace in Wheeling, WV. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us this year. We missed those unable to attend and hope to see you next year. This year we started the new tradition of the MORE Awards and welcomed new members to the 30-year club. The new members are Ernie Giancola, Cathy Adamson, Mark Fedorke, & Aaron Apitzsch. Congratulations to the new members! Thank you for your loyal service! We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the next Christmas party!

SALVATION ARMY TOY DRIVE

On December 4th, Kalkreuth employees, friends, and families donated toys to The Salvation Army – Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel & Tyler-WV. Our employees donated 200 toys to the children the Salvation Army serves.

In addition to the toy donation, Kalkreuth donated a fully decorated Christmas tree purchased from the Oglebay Institute’s Festival of Trees, which was also donated to the Salvation Army for a local family in need.

Businesses at the Highlands also donated gift cards for the family to shop for Christmas. Thank you so much to everyone for coming out and supporting such a worthy
cause! We are proud of the generosity our whole company has displayed this holiday season!
