NOVEMBER 12 — Wheeling, West Virginia’s City Council Committee “Wheel Help” held a kickoff event for a city-wide clean up initiative. Thirteen teams totaling around 120 volunteers fanned out to clean up trash in various areas of Wheeling wearing Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) reflective vests.
KRSM West Virginia Division Business Development Manager Josh Wack, his wife Kathleen, and his three children Shannon (11), Brennan (8), and Caroline (6) were actively involved in the clean-up. Josh’s son even shared a message with television viewers that day. In response to the question ‘Do you have a message for those who litter?’ Brennan told WTOV9 camera crews, “The animals could think it’s food, and they’ll eat it… so don’t do it.”
We sincerely appreciate Brennan and his family for their community spirit.
