JUNE 2019 – With our busy schedules and fast-paced work environment, we can sometimes take for granted the people who help make our lives easier.  We’d like to recognize our project administrators for helping us with everything we do.

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) and East Coast Metal Systems (ECMS) has a total of seven project administrators on our team. Starting off with our corporate headquarters in Wheeling, West Virginia, we have three project administrators: Anita Haught who has been with the company for 25 years, Shawnda Burgess who has been with us for almost 8 years, and Stephanie Barry who recently joined the team. Lori Trainor is located in our Frederick, Maryland office and has been part of the team for a little over 12 years. In Columbus, Ohio we have Becky McClaskey who was highlighted in the October 2018 edition of the company newsletter and has been with the company for 11 years. Mollie Absher works in our Lexington, Kentucky office and has been with us for nearly 8 years. In our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office we have Vicki Fender who has been with us for almost 2 years. Finally, at ECMS in Triadelphia, West Virginia we have Sharon Holstein who was highlighted in the September 2018 edition of the company newsletter and has been with the company for almost 13 years.

Project Administrators play a huge role within the KRSM/ECMS team. From handling new contracts and subcontracts, setting up jobs, and sending out production, projected sales, and project completion reports to handling warranties, our Project Administrators are involved with every job that our company undertakes. “It’s great to be able to see the progress and success we have made with the team we have built,” said Mollie. “We all work so well together.”

In addition, each of our Project Administrators work closely with our team of Project Mangers, Co-Op Interns, and Estimators to make sure each project runs smoothly and everyone involved is up-to-date. “In our position as Project Administrators, we are the lifeline between project managers, field personnel, and office staff,” said Anita.

We are extremely proud and thankful for our team of hardworking employees. We wouldn’t be where we are today without their support and continued hard work and dedication to the smooth operations of KRSM and ECMS!
