FOREMAN SPOTLIGHT: JOSIE JOHNSON

MAY 2016 — Josie Johnson with Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal’s (KRSM) West Virginia division is this month’s featured roofing foreman.

Josie began working for KRSM in 2009 as a first year roofing apprentice, and her first project was the Kroger in Sabraton, WV just outside of Morgantown with former Project Manager (PM) Rich Maltese.

Josie has more than 7 years experience in the roofing industry and has worked on numerous high-profile projects during her time with KRSM. The most memorable project for Josie was the recent Harbor Center project in Buffalo, NY with PM Stan Gorczyca.

“Josie is a very hard worker and very dependable,” said Gorczyca, who works with Josie frequently. “She goes above and beyond when asked to complete any task and dedicates herself to safety practices and procedures on the job.”
