April 2018 – Pre-selected students from John Marshall’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program were given the opportunity to shadow Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) and East Coast Metal Systems (ECMS) employees in their prospective fields of study. A total of six students learned about our day-to-day operations and shadowed employees in our accounting, estimating, engineering, and AutoCAD departments.
KRSM and ECMS managers were grateful to have this opportunity with the next generation of industry leaders, and they hope to be able to continue to provide these opportunities for students in the future.
