NOVEMBER 29, 2016 — An OSHA representative performed a random inspection at the Summit at Fritz Farm project in Lexington, KY, which is managed by Project Manager Jeff Piazza with Chris Morrison as project Foreman. Due to a completely violation-free OSHA inspection report, KRSM rewarded the crew members with gift cards. This new construction project included 120,000 square feet of TPO roofing among 5 different buildings on the campus.
The crew working on the day of the inspection included Charles Edington, Leovigildo Flores, Jason Hall, Bill Keeling, Francisco Lopez, Jose Lopez, Kety Miranda-Cabrera, Chris Morrison (roofing foreman), Prudencio Perez, Jose Perez Morales, Jose Neri Pineda Reyes, Melvin Pineda Reyes, Luis Pineda Reyes, Sergio Reyes, Octavio Zavala Gomez, and Cesar Zuniga Arevalo.
“It’s rewarding to see that we have provided these guys with proper training and the tools to do their jobs so that when they wear the equipment properly and do their jobs safely, we can be committed to rewarding them and recognizing them for doing the right thing,” said Western Territory Safety Manager Kevin Barnhart.
