Established in 1989, the Frederick office started with 3 office employees and 15-20 field staff working diligently to establish our presence in the metal and roofing industry.

Today, KRSM boasts an office staff of 30 strong, dedicated, and skilled individuals who ensure the seamless functioning of our operations. Our field team, metal and roofing combined, has grown to an average of 60-70 committed professionals.

We take pride in having worked on countless projects, contributing to the skyline and landscape of the Baltimore – Washington Metro Corridor. Some of our notable projects include:

Ernie Giancola, a veteran with a tenure of 34 years at KRSM, leads our Maryland team. He started as a laborer and rose through the ranks – embodying the opportunities and growth KRSM offers its employees.
