NEW WAREHOUSE

November 2017- Starting in January of this year, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) began building a new 27,000 square foot warehouse at the Highlands with 7 different offices and room to grow.

Glen Dale, WV is where the current warehouse has been located for the past 20 years. The warehouse holds a multitude of supplies for KRSM and East Coast Metal Systems (ECMS). They also deliver material to job sites and other KRSM locations.

The new warehouse will hold everyone from Glen Dale and will include a maintenance shop, storage room, and office personnel. With its new location next to the ECMS facility, panels and accessories can be shipped more efficiently.

The building is now in its final stages of construction and is expected to be completed by Christmas. With furniture, carpet and shelving being the only things left to install, Warehouse Manager Rick Bowers is hoping to get the okay to move in within the next month. “It will be a great addition after 20 years in Glendale, said Bowers, “It will be great going to a new building. It will allow us to better serve the guys in the field with the continuous growth everyone has made.”
