Case study
Originally constructed in 2002, the 511,338-square-foot building recently underwent a significant exterior transformation, replacing a tent-covered terrace with a permanent, architecturally striking rooftop. Leading the roofing scope, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal installed 60 squares of Carlisle XR-115 Fully Adhered Fleeceback membrane, paired with Hickman Edge metal for a clean, durable perimeter finish. This combination provided a watertight, long-lasting solution that enhances both performance and aesthetics.
2025 Design Award Recipient
101 Constitution Ave earned a Second Place award in the Retrofit Category of the 2025 Design Awards presented by the Metal Construction Association.
