The City Center Hotels

City Center Hotels is the largest private project in Kentucky and the epicenter of Lexington, Kentucky. Residence Inn Lexington City Center has eight floors while Lexington Marriott City Center has twelve – combined, the hotels cover 37,000 square feet. In addition to 336 guest rooms, City Center offers a fitness center, a rooftop pool, a sky bar, retail shops, a Starbucks, luxury office suites, an underground parking garage, and a Jeff Ruby Steak House.
