Entertainment and Sports Arena ESA
The Entertainment and Sports Arena (ESA) is Washington, D.C.’s go-to arena for thrilling spectator events. The 80,000-square-foot arena is home to D.C.’s WNBA Mystics and the NBA’s G League team, the Capital City Go-Go. ESA also accommodates concerts, cultural events, eSports competitions, and more. The arena brings greater economic opportunities for residents of Ward 8 neighborhoods and provides a helping hand to the redevelopment of the area. Also, the location on St. Elizabeth’s East historic campus is an anchor for future mixed-use development.
