This seven-story, mixed-use property is thoughtfully designed and amenity-rich, creating a vibrant living experience for residents. The ground floor welcomes residents, fellow students, and the greater Columbus community with retail spaces, cafés, student lounges, and lively courtyards that encourage connection and engagement.

During the design phase, the primary goal was to create a community that offers flexible living options tailored to each resident’s lifestyle. All 379 units are fully furnished and feature amenity spaces. The building includes a rooftop terrace, 24-hour fitness center, dedicated study rooms, a pet spa, and additional gathering areas designed to support both productivity and relaxation.
