Kalkreuth contributed significantly to the building envelope by installing more than 118,500 square feet of PVC roofing. This high-performance roofing system was selected for its durability, energy efficiency, and extended service life. PVC roofing membranes offer exceptional resistance to weathering, chemical exposure, and UV radiation, qualities that make them particularly well-suited for large-scale data center applications operating continuously throughout the year. The membrane’s reflective surface reduces heat absorption, helping to maintain stable interior temperatures and lessen cooling loads, which is critical for facilities that operate 24/7.
