MARCH 9 – 10, 2016 — Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal’s service managers and assistants gathered at Kaley Center, KRSM’s Corporate Headquarters in Wheeling, for a Dataforma training exercise.
The group engaged a Dataforma “start to finish” review of daily use and discussed topics including work order details, field tickets, the inspection app, and the RoofSaver inspection report in order to facilitate more efficient daily operations.
“It was nice to have representation from every division together in one place to expand our understanding of Dataforma and how it will make us more efficient. All of the service divisions benefited from the training, and our time together brought us closer to our ultimate goal of functioning as one unit,” said KRSM West Virginia Division Service Manager Shawn Snodgrass.
