ANNUAL KALKREUTH PROJECT MANAGER MEETING

March 2018 – Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) held its first ever Project Manager Meeting at Oglebay Resort & Conference Center in Wheeling, West Virginia February 18-20.

The Kalkreuth Project Manager Meeting is meant to serve as an industry best practices training and refresher tool for all project managers company-wide as well as a mutually beneficial networking opportunity for our valued vendor partners across all of our geographic markets.

The event started with an introduction and networking opportunity between KRSM Project Managers from all office locations and outside vendors and speakers who attended the three-day meeting. The speakers at the meeting included industry professionals from within KRSM as well as external presenters who discussed the importance of safety practices, contracts and relationships, project manager fundamentals, and technical issues and risks. VaproShield and Knight Wall Systems presented “Lunch and Learn” opportunities to inform and interact with attendees. Overall, the meeting provided vital information and was a great refresher for all project managers and even provided the opportunity for employees to build relationships with coworkers from other locations.
