January 2018 – Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) featured the Intergate Ashburn Data Center as our February “Project of the Month.”
The Intergate Ashburn is one of five Sabey Data Centers and is located in Washington, DC. The initial new construction project started with one phase but quickly extended into an additional phase due to an increase in demand.
KRSM Maryland Operations Manager Ernie Giancola has been involved with both phases of this project. “During the first phase, we installed 120,000 square feet of Firestone modified bitumen roofing, 9,000 square feet of Centria metal siding, and louvers by Construction Specialties. Phase two of this project is currently underway, and we are adding a major expansion, tenant fitouts, and additional louvers.”
Great job to all KRSM employees who took part in phase one and are working on phase two. We are excited to see the finished product!
