MORE AWARDS

During our 2021 Christmas party, we started the MORE Awards. The company presents these awards to team members who have shown extraordinary efforts over the past year—a way for our team to be recognized and highlight their achievements. Unlike last year, we did not present the MORE Awards at the 2022 Christmas Party. This year, we have decided to announce the recipients throughout 2023.

Our first recipient is Chase Cupryk for MORE Teamwork, Effort, and Sales. You can find Chase helping other team members when he is not buried in his work. Chase continuously helps each department, not only in Kentucky but in other divisions. He has helped secure many jobs by working with estimating on and after bid day. He is an integral part of the Kentucky team and the Kalkreuth Team. Chase started as an Estimating Coordinator and has worked up to Senior Project Manager. Chase shows his effort and teamwork every day to Kalkreuth!
