Spanning approximately 256,000 square feet and encompassing three data halls, the facility provides up to 33–50 MW of power to support dense, compute-intensive workloads. The facility is designed for AI and hyperscale applications.
Constructed with LEED-aligned principles, the site includes energy-efficient LED lighting, green roof capability, EV charging stations, and optional renewable energy power sources.
This project demonstrates Kalkreuth’s ability to deliver on large scale, mission critical data center roofing projects.
