Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal successfully completed a comprehensive roofing and exterior panel scope for Bar Italia at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. The project included the installation of approximately 1,400 square feet of TPO roofing. TPO is a highly durable and energy-efficient membrane ideal for commercial applications. To enhance long-term performance, the system was built over a tapered ISO insulation package. This promotes positive drainage and reduces the risk of water ponding. A vapor barrier was also incorporated to protect the building envelope from moisture infiltration, reinforcing the structure’s overall durability and efficiency. Custom-fabricated downspouts were installed to manage water runoff effectively, and strategically placed walkway pads were added to protect the roof membrane in areas subject to regular maintenance traffic.
