Scope of Work

• 36,500 sq. ft. of TPO Roofing installation
• 800 sq. ft. of ECMS EC-100 Panels
• Roofing and exterior support for the Perioperative Suite fit-out renovation

Roofing System Installation

Kalkreuth installed 36,500 square feet of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing, selected for its durability, energy efficiency, and low-maintenance performance. The system provides strong resistance to UV exposure and weathering, helping reduce long-term operational costs while ensuring a watertight, reliable building envelope.

Exterior Panel Integration

In addition to the roofing system, the team installed 800 square feet of ECMS EC-100 Panels. These panels enhance both protection and visual appeal, contributing to a clean, modern aesthetic that aligns with the hospital’s commitment to patient comfort and high-quality care.
