Roofing and Metal Panel Solutions at M&T Bank Stadium

M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens, recently underwent several exterior improvements. The project involved updates at the Miller Lite Gatehouse, a relocated Press Box, and improvements at the stadium’s Black Wing. As a commercial roofing company with experience delivering large-scale work in active stadium environments, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal completed the $2.5 million combined scope while coordinating closely with the general contractor to keep the project on schedule and minimize disruption to venue operations.

TPO Roofing and Metal Wall Panel Installation at the Miller Lite Gatehouse

The largest portion of the project, valued at more than $2 million, centered on the Miller Lite Gatehouse. Kalkreuth’s crews installed TPO roofing in the stadium along with Hot Fluid-Applied (HFA) waterproofing to protect the building envelope from moisture infiltration. On the exterior, the team installed a combination of metal wall panels, ACM (aluminum composite material), and Italmesh wall panels, giving the gatehouse a distinct, modern façade while meeting the performance demands of a high-traffic stadium.

As part of the stadium’s press relocation, Kalkreuth installed new metal wall panels on the relocated structure. The scope required precise fabrication and installation to match the structure’s updated footprint and maintain a consistent architectural look across the stadium’s upgraded facilities.

Rounding out the scope, Kalkreuth installed new metal wall panels in the stadium’s Black Wing section, extending the exterior improvements across the facility.
