Custom fabrication projects are first nature for Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal’s sheet metal shop. Our innate attention to detail and the ability to solve construction-related problems in the design (or modification of existing details) ensures the best possible fit and solution. Our customers are able to rely on outstanding turn-around times to meet the ever-changing conditions in the field. We have the resources to work with any variation of metal and strive to keep each project moving at an efficient pace required to complete the project on time and according to budget and specifications. By working together with the project management, estimating and engineering departments, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal’s comprehensive sheet metal shop strives to make sure that we provide our customers with exactly what their projects require.

Our capabilities include forming, rolling, welding (MIG, TIG, and Arc), finishing, shearing, deburring, laser cutting, bending, fitting, assembly, cutting, punching, contouring, and notching.

Metal Soffit

Metal soffit panels can be made from a variety of raw materials such as copper, zinc, stainless steel, aluminum, and either galvanized or galvalume steel. Metal composite or insulated metal materials can also be used. Most panels are factory-finished with a durable Kynar paint system and can be manufactured in a wide selection of profiles, shapes and designs.

Metal Cornices & Fascia

Custom metal cornices can be made from a variety of raw materials such as copper, zinc, stainless steel, aluminum, and either galvanized or galvalume steel. Most cornices have ornate, curved profiles and materials are often factory-finished with a durable Kynar paint system. Natural metals typically feature either a mill finish or are pre-patina weathered.

Louvers

Kalkreuth installs louvers from a wide selection of manufacturers and designs. Louvers allow for ventilation openings in the building while preventing moisture, birds and insects from entering into the building. Louvers typically have a painted finish.

Sunshades

Kalkreuth installs sunshades from a wide selection of manufacturers, designs, colors and finishes. Sunshades are highly ornate architectural features installed above windows to provide permanent physical shading from light.

Column Covers

Metal column covers are typically manufactured from either plate-thickness aluminum or metal-composite material with a factory painted finish. Column covers are highly architectural and are often made in round or oval shapes to conceal structural columns.
