Work on the Southwood Psychiatric Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, is underway! This unique project will display seven different colors of panels – designed to feel playful & inviting while also providing a calming effect.
IKM Architecture tackled this project by “designing for dignity.” By taking the time to understand the patient’s perspective, the company created a space that gives patients dignity by addressing their emotional needs.
