KALKREUTH ROOFING AND SHEET METAL’S 2023 MORE AWARDS

Congratulations to our 2023 MORE Award recipients, Mollie Smith and Lace French!

Division Manager Ernie Giancola nominated Mollie for MORE Teamwork & Positivity.

“Mollie served as warehouse admin for three months, supporting the MD Warehouse Manager. Since August, with the vacancy of a Warehouse Manager, she quickly jumped in, picking up the pieces where they fell and offering support where needed. Mollie always puts more effort into the necessary changes while always being positive. While working through the changes, she created a teamwork approach with the warehouse team while constantly communicating that no mountain was too tall or a challenge too large to overcome. On behalf of the MD Team, Mollie, we thank you for the enthusiasm and positivity you have brought to the team!”

Corporate Controller Joe Doerr nominated Lace for MORE Teamwork.

“Lace took over the service billings and A/R. She immediately clears up old problems and has continued to maintain all service billings and collections. She has created a great relationship with the field and customers. She was willing to take on the challenge of fixing service bills and collection.”

Kalkreuth was actively spreading joy and kindness this holiday season through various charitable initiatives. In collaboration with Catholic Charities, Kalkreuth participated in the Angel Tree initiative, with the Wheeling team members donating a van full of thoughtful gifts to bring smiles to children’s faces. Additionally, our Residential Division and Corporate Warehouse extended their holiday cheer to the St. John’s Home for Children, emphasizing that every gift can light up a child’s face.

Alongside these initiatives, the Maryland office joined forces with the Frederick County Girl Scouts in a heartwarming coat drive.
